Head chef of Amici Miei Michal Jeřicha offers a refined and delicate cuisine made from a mix of creativity and technique applied to each dish. To make his “artistic creations”, he does not draw from set procedures but rather uses instinct to occasionally discover new combinations of ingredients and tastes. He personally tastes and carefully selects the best vegetables, the best beef, the best fish from the Mediterranean, while fully respecting the natural flow of time and the seasonal harvests.
This is the reason you might be offered the chef’s specialty of such dishes as beef fillet with truffles, tagliolini with lobster, sea bass in salt and other dishes that emphasize the quality and freshness of basic ingredients.
